1. Surface Prep
We begin by thoroughly preparing the surface of each part, removing rust, old paint, oils, and debris through industrial-grade media blasting. This high-pressure process cleans down to the bare metal, creating a textured surface that ensures superior adhesion of the powder coating. By eliminating contaminants and imperfections, we provide a clean foundation that enhances both the durability and visual quality of the final finish.

2. Static Charge
We apply an electrostatic charge to the part, allowing the powder to cling to it like a magnet. The charged surface attracts the powder particles evenly, ensuring consistent coverage and a strong initial bond before curing.
3. Powder Coat Drip
We apply a fine electrostatic powder in the color and finish of your choice. The powder is evenly sprayed onto the charged surface, allowing for smooth, consistent coverage and precise control over texture and appearance.

4. Heat Treatment
The coated parts are placed in our industrial oven, where heat melts the powder into a continuous, protective shell. This curing process bonds the finish to the surface, creating a durable layer that resists UV damage, chipping, and harsh weather conditions.
5. Cooldown and Final Check
Although there is no such thing as a Perfect finish – we strive to inspect every detail, checking for consistency and coverage to deliver a superior product everytime.
